Do green companies have to be managed any differently than regular businesses?

Not really, it’s just a matter of emphasis. Green companies have to pay more attention to making sure their policies and products are sustainable, energy-efficient, and environmentally-friendly, and must find a way to do this which is inexpensive enough to allow them to remain competitive. In some ways this is actually beneficial to the company’s bottom line: for example, reducing electricity use reduces overhead costs while allowing a company to remain true to their green philosophy.
