Do Febreeze sprays contribute to air pollution?

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) tested Febreze and found that it had 89 air contaminants, including chemicals that have been linked to cancer and have been shown to be toxic to the brain and nervous system.  The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) also tested 14 different air fresheners, one of which was Febreze, and also found that they are much more dangerous than advertised.  They have a volatile inorganic compound (VOC) called 1,4 dichlorobenzene.  VOCs cause groundwater pollution, air and soil pollution and this particular VOC has links to cancer.
