I can’t give you any official statistics, but I know that empirically they do. Many friends I know who live in similar housing complexes to me (apartment-style dormitories) have purchased water filters, and since stopped buying bottled water. If reusable bottles become cheaper and water filters also decrease in price, this seems to be a trend that can absolutely change the bottled water market overall.
