Yes, according to I Drive Green, the company launched by Indy driver Nelson Philippe. In a press release, the company claims the following about the fuel cell they use: “H2GO produces hydrogen and blends it with gasoline or diesel fuel to achieve improvements in fuel efficiency while increasing power and decreasing CO2 emissions by approximately 90%.”
