Do cities absorb a lot of carbon dioxide?

Plants absorb carbon dioxide for photosynthesis, while respiration from living things and burning of fossil fuels emit carbon dioxide. A city’s ability to absorb carbon dioxide depends on the density of trees and plants in the city. The more, the more it can absorb.
