Do cats poop more than dogs?

It depends. Since cats are generally always small, they mosly likey use their litterbox more frequently than a large dog goes outside.

Senchista makes a good point.  However, because cats are smaller, they don’t poop as much as dogs in each given instance.  While a dog may poop less frequently, they poop more when they do because they are generally larger than cats.  I would make the argument that overall, a dog creates more waste in total than a cat despite the differences in frequency.
