Do building inspectors do anything to make a building more environmentally friendly?

    Building inspectors will often point out areas of environmental concern, such as inefficient appliances, aging windows and doors, old plumbing and harmful building materials. However, it is up to the building’s owner to actually make the changes, and very few are required.
