Do broad leaf plants clean the air the best?

CO2 consumption doesn’t have much to do with the leaves of the plant, or anything about it’s physical structure. Plants consume CO2 as part of Photosynthesis, and they consume more CO2 when they are growing. So, the plants that absorb the most CO2 are the fastest growing plants and they clean the air the best. Examples are bamboo, hemp, or various grasses (such as switch grass).
