Do baby bears know how to hibernate?

Baby bears are born when their mother is hibernating, and she nurses them to strength before it is time to go out and learn the bear’s life in the wild.  The cubs stay with their mother for about 2 years, during which time she teaches them everything they need to know to survive, including how to hibernate.
