Yes, the Teiidae family, the Lacertidae family, the Alligator Lizard, and many more have forked tongues. It is actually very common, even in the Unites States.
Some lizards do. Notable among these are the monitor lizards, members of the family Varanidae have forked tongues. Coincidentally, this group of lizards is has been considered the most closely related to snakes.
