I would be really surprised if an aquarium served sushi. Looking around the web, I couldn’t find any that would appear to do so either. Aquariums focus on the preservation of fish populations, so it would seem contradictory for them to serve sushi. However, Monterey Bay Aquarium released a downloadable guide to “safe” sushi eating practices. Fish are labeled “Best Choices,” “Good Alternatives,” and fish to “Avoid,” based upon the threat of their population by fishing.
I highly doubt that they would. It would be in bad taste if they did. However, I have by no means visited every aquarium in the world, so I cannot answer for certain.
