Do American hunters do a better job of conservation than any other nation?

This is a complicated question to answer. I do not want to overstep my bounds, as this is a question that is subject to perspective and opinion. However, I will say that in general when an “industry” is legal and regulated, it tends to be better managed. Since hunting is regulated, it enables the state to some degree control the amount of hunting with consideration towards population and habitat. But this is not to suggest that all hunters in the U.S. hunt responsibly, though many of them probably do.
