Do all types of fish have oil in them that can be obtained and used for supplements?

Fish oil is recommended as a supplement because it is high in omega-3 fatty acids. Not all fish are high in these oils. Fish with more omega -3 are usually found in northern waters. These fish eat algae, which are high in the omega-3. Farm fish do not have these oils, because they are given artificial feed instead of algae.
