Do all human tears have the same pH?

It appears that the mean pH of naturally produced human tears is 7.5, but it can deviate .2 in either direction.  Obviously the addition of medicine or drops will change this, but the eye quickly buffers itself back to the same pH.  There does not appear to be any literature supporting differing pHs among individuals.
