Do all states in America have unleaded gasoline?

Yes, leaded gasoline was completely banned in 1995, other than for some select uses. Since 1995 the EPA has tightened restrictions on lead in gasoline. By default, all states must provide unleaded gasoline. Most gasoline decisions are made by the private sector, which is outside of the government’s control.
