The beauty of all the different types of renewable energy systems is that they work as backup systems for one another — in the summer it is obviously sunnier and we get more direct sunlight for more hours of the day (so solar is optimal during summer months) —- but what happens in the winter? It gets windier! And when neither one of these is sufficient, the tides and the earth’s internal core can support us with more than enough energy (24 hours a day 7 days a week)!!! It’s like there was some Divine plan for us to be able to figure out how to power all our electrical and mechanical systems off the energy found freely in nature!
You make a great point about them backing each other up. Do you think that they are good enough to take over fossil fuels.
