Do all planets orbit counter clockwise around the sun?

    Yes, all planets orbit counter-clockwise around the Sun (as seen from above the Sun’s north pole).

    Actually, all planets rotate counter-clockwise OTHER than Venus and Uranus.  It is likely that both planets were hit with large asteroids at some point in history which changed their momentum and caused them to rotate from east to west (clockwise around the sun).

    You are both right.  Yes, all planets orbit the sun in the same direction.  There’s no fixed point of reference, so to say clockwise or counter-clockwise is a tricky point.  Venus and Uranus orbit the sun in the same way the other planets do, but they rotate around their own axis differently than the rest.
