Do all planes have GPS systems in them?

As of October 2008, U.S. airlines have had something different than traditional GPS units directing their courses. The result has been a series of aircraft travel paths that seriously take airplanes out of their way and end up wasting fuel and increasing greenhouse gas emissions. A new plan was set for last October to modernize the system with the installation of modern GPS, something that woulds stop air craft controllers from having to fly planes all over the map, meaning more money and emissions saved on fuel.
