Do all lizards have legs?

Oddly enough, no. there are several groups of lizards who have evolved to not have legs.  They are known as legless lizards.  However, they are not snakes because of their  eyelids, possessing external ear openings, lack of broad belly scales, and/or a very long tail (while snakes have a long body and short tail

    Crazy huh?

The glass lizzard (also known as the glass snake to make it confusing) is one such lizzard.  It, as mentioned above has ears, eyelids and a tail that breaks off easily for which it gets its name.
