Do all fish keep growing as long as they are alive?

Yes. However, the RATE of growth slows down tremendously once they reach adult size. The speed at which they grow varies, of course, across species, but as a rule they will slow down their growth significantly once reaching adulthood. Furthermore, external factors (diet, disease, etc.) can stunt growth, and the fish may never recover from such early stunting.
