Do all animals in cold areas hibernate?

    Not all animals in cold areas hibernate. In fact, plenty do not. Examples are the Red Fox, which survives by eating small rodents in the winter, even though it typically eats fruits and insects during the other parts of the year. Other animals include deer, rabbits, squirrells, and even some Canadian Geese.
