I would think regular soda would fizz more due to the fact that it contains more sugar that diet. It also would depend on the brand of soda.
The fizzyness of a soda has little to do with the type of sweetner and more to do with the carbonation level. The bubbles you see are actually carbon dioxide escaping once the drink is opened. The age of the soda and how long it has been opened will determine how fizzy they are.
