Well, there are certainly some pros as well as some cons to such a diet. In general, and especially when it comes to vegetables, cooking removes nutrients from food. And thus some do argue that a raw foods diet is healthier for this reason. On the other hand, the human digestive system was not made to eat so much raw vegetation (instead we, unlike gorillas for example, evolved to be omnivores) so such a diet is tough on a persons bawls and some have even implied that it may be a cause of stomach cancer. So I leave it to your own judgment.
