Yes, a nuclear bunker busting missile was developed back in the late 1990’s. This weapon is known as the B61-11, which can carry a payload of 1 kiloton to 300 kilotons of explosive power. The weapons has not seen use though due to it’s aftermath potential, both environmentally and politically. The United Nations and other organizations are trying to rid the world of nuclear weapons mainly because of the nuclear fallout that remains in the area for a very, very, very long time after the initial detonation. Hiroshima and Nagasaki still feel the effect of the atomic bombs from 1945 in the form of birth defects, cancer, and other health issues.
