Did dinosaurs have feathers?

Some dinosaurs did indeed have feathers! Even though some probably couldn’y fly, they still had feathers, and little is known as to why. One of the oldest fossilized birds even found, Archaeopteryx, resembled that of a dinosaur. It had teeth and a tail that would typically be associated with a reptile of some sort. Here’s a picture of the bird in fossilized form.
