Clinton may have made more appearances and been more diplomatic at the Copenhagen meetings, but he could not possibly have done more than Obama. Obama is the current president of the United States, and any initiatives or protocols that were signed at the summit were done so by Mr. Obama, not Mr. Clinton. Obama may have seemed like he didn’t do much at the summit, but his lack of presence just shows how demanding of a job being president of the United States is. When Obama was present, he was all business and getting things done.
