In the next few years, no, (barring some kind of deadly epidemic amongst tigers, of course) but eventually, absolutely. Right now there are tigers in zoos who will live beyond the next few years, and there are still tigers in the wild, although they are on the endangered species list.
It is unlikely that tigers will go extinct in the next 5, 10 or even 20 years, but scientists believe they are going extinct faster than we realize and within a few generations, could be confined to captivity alone. While fifty years might seem a ways off, that’s only two or three more generations of tigers born in the wild for the rest of eternity.
