Is cotton a renewable or non renewable resource?

Since a renewable resource is one that can be replenished naturally in time, then yes. But cotton is one of the most water intensive crops in the world, which means it is not a very sustainable product. Hemp is much more sustainable and is used by farmers all over the world.
