Is a cork tree a type of oak tree, and are they in the same genus?

There’s a difference between the Cork-Tree and the Cork Oak.  The Cork Oak is an oak tree, obviously, but the Cork-Tree is actually a phellodendron, which is an herb/shrub (angiosperm) in the family Rutaceae.  Oak trees are in the genus Quercus, in the family Fagaceae, so cork-trees and oak trees are not related except that they’re both in the plant kingdom.
