Climate change will change the current living conditions of many plants and animals. As temperatures increase, organisms will slowly being to migrate north. Over time the location of species will change. Hope this helps!
In a more specific example, birds have been changing their migratory patterns due to global warming, which has forced them to change their feeding areas, since not all animals are reviving/ moving at the same rate.
I hope this helped!
Direction they migrate can vary as well, like the polar bears who are actually seen further south as the Northern glaciers continue to melt. Some animals will create adaptations to their changed environments, though this usually occurs over a long period of time. Overall, they will move to more favorable conditions.
