Is climate change impacting water supplies more than any other part of the environment?

Water as an umbrella term is feeling climate change the most, including rising sea levels, sea surface temperatures rising, heavier rainfall causing flooding, and extreme drought.  Melting glaciers are leading to water supply problems, and the drought is not helping, but other strains on water supply come from population growth and agriculture.
