Is the climate bill in America losing its steam?

It doens’t seem so, at least not yet.  Concessions have been made in this bill which will hopefully win over Republicans, including expanded drilling and nuclear power.  In addition, it is a bipartisan bill spearheaded by a John Kerry, Lindsey Graham, and Joe Lieberman, so having three influential senators backing it likely give it momentum.  It is to be introduced by late April.
