Is cheese making eco friendly?

    Relatively, yes. Cheese is produced by taking milk, mixing it with an enzyme and usually a bit of salt or other flavorings, and the enzyme curds the milk into cheese. Whey is the liquid byproduct of cheese production. This process takes up only a little amount of energy, and there is not much waste produced; therefore it could be considered eco friendly.
