Not exactly “albino” broccoli, but cauliflower and broccoli are the same species. Both are cultivars of cabbage, meaning they are in the same species but were bred to favor distinctive characteristics. The specific difference between broccoli and cauliflower is that cauliflower replaces the plant blossoms at the end of broccoli stalks with white plant tissue. (Albinism is a hereditary trait only found in animals.)
