No. Batteries will not recharge from the effects of a freezer. However, it is possibly to extend the shelf life (keep them from losing their charge as fast when not in use) of certain kinds of batteries by keeping them cool. On the other hand, batteries are not designed for extreme temperatures like freezing and it would not be recommended to do so.
