Can you feel rainbows?

If you are referring to a physical sensation, then no, unfortunately! Rainbows are made of visible light that fall within a certain range of the electromagnetic spectrum. We can feel sunlight, which is part of that, but if we were to walk into a rainbow, it would feel no different than walking though anywhere else, because the rainbow effect is simply a refraction (or bending of light), and so depending what angle you are at, you may or may not see a rainbow. Light coming to earth outside of the visible spectrum (i.e. infrared heat) is a wavelength that we can feel, but not see.
