Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C and Vitamin K, but many of the juice brands contain a great deal of sugar because cranberries themselves are rather tart. If you are drinking many glasses of cranberry juice each day, I would recommend caution about ensuring its is all natural cranberries with no artificial sweeteners like sugar or high fructose corn syrup. That is indeed unhealthy for your teeth and for calorie consumption.
