Yes, in fact everything we see is energy. Light is an form of electromagnetic radiation that our bodies, i.e. our eyes and brain, have evolved to perceive. Other animals can sense infrared or heat radiation as well, such as pit vipers. In a more general sense, most matter we see is also energy, in the sense of chemical energy. You can burn a wooden table and release it’s chemical energy in the form of heat and light.
I agree with vagamundo’s answer but wanted to add that if you’re talking about electricity, perhaps one of the best ways to see electricity is by looking at lightning or a tesla coil. On the other hand, you can go out to the electric meter on the side of your house to watch how quickly you use electricity.
