If you are referring to building an immune system through nutrition and exercise then I would say yes. Certain superfoods, such as honey, berries, oranges, brocolli and carrots help to protect the body from free radicals and help to protect cells from disease as well. Exercise helps stimulate the lymphatic system in the body and also helps boost the body’s immune system as well. In general, with or without underlying chronic conditions that can rob and drain the body’s immune system, one can build a very strong and supportive immune system. Lastly, childhood exposure to antigens through playing outside in the dirt and with other kids, will expose children to potential contaminants and help in building a healthy immune system.
