Yes, scientists and researchers have been working together to develop movable, buoyant cloud machines. The machines work by taking in water from the ocean, and then condenses into extremely cold water vapor before shooting it out of large cannon like structures. Scientists hope that these machines can create large, yet benign clouds that could present a viable way to cool the planet by using white clouds to reflect the sun’s rays and prevent the greenhouse effect.
