Can we make greenhouses large enough to cover entire farms?

It is possible, but not financially practical for farmers. Farmers only make a marginal profit and putting the cost of building a greenhouse over a span of acres into their annual expenditure is useless. Current sunlight conditions are more than sufficient for regions with crops, and greenhouses won’t increase yields that much.
