I suppose there can, but I would be skeptical of the product. The FSC exists so you can make educated choices about what paper you buy, and know that it comes from a reliable source. You have to wonder what paper would claim to be earth friendly but didn’t bother to get FSC certification. As I said, it’s possible, but something worth researching to make sure that the paper is all that it claims to be.
