Processed organic foods can be a reality. In the end the National Organic Program (NOP) has become even more relevant in everyday life with organic foods being on the rise. Consumers now are willing to pay for “organic,” even if the product is less than 100% organic (read the packaging before you purchase), realizing this organic products have begun to flood the shelves of our grocery stores. Processes organic foods may not be 100% organic, but they will have included enough organic ingredients to receive the NOP stamp of approval.
