If you explain the laws of physics while playing sports (for example, the physics involved with throwing a ball), this would be an excellent way for your kids to learn about physics. It would also show them how physics is so intertwined with everything, and not merely a classroom study. I think connecting science with fun experiences and everyday activities is a good learning experience, especially for kids.
