Can people get skin cancer from laundry detergent?

    Ugh, I wish I hadn’t looked this one up cause now I don’t want to do my laundry later. Some of the ingredients in laundry detergents are cancer causing or have been linked to cancer causing agents, though they’re most likely to cause liver toxicity issues. Your body absorbs the remnants of your detergent all the time, since you almost always have clothing on. Using an unscented detergent is best, because there aren’t extra chemicals in it combined to create that fresh flower smell. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go bang my clothes against a rock in the river…
