Almost any office paper should be able to be recycled, except for paper that is waxed, laminated, or contaminated with food. In most areas in the US, even paper with staples or small to moderate amounts of tape should do fine in the recycling. A well-organized office recycling program could recycle all the paper discarded except for the waxed, laminated, or food-contaminated pieces. It’s well worth the effort too, as the average office worker in the US runs through 10,000 sheets of copy paper every year.
