Can mist or fog ever be salt water?

Sure, it can. During foggy or misty times near the ocean, you might be able to even taste the salt in the air. The concentration won’t be as strong as that of the marine waters, but the faint hint is definitely noticeable. I can also identify the effects of this by the way my hair twirls in these conditions!
