No. While pet waste does contain nitrogen and ammonium (both of which have some vaule as fertilizers) the micro-organisms present in pet waste (such as samonella) can create a significant health risk if you use it as compost or fertilizer. Always dispose of your petwaste responsibly according to the ordinances of your area. (Usually just throw it away in a secure bag or container).
