Can I use the carbon dioxide from burning wood to feed a spirulina growing pond?..

Potentially, but burning wood may do more harm than good. Spirulina require a pollution-free environment to thrive, and burning wood can potentially release pollutants into the air. Wood smoke contains soot, which leads to particle pollution, and carbon monoxide. Additionally, burning wood is not carbon neutral, meaning that you need many plants to synthesize the carbon dioxide emitted from burning wood. If you wish to try burning wood, then use only a small amount and make sure the spirulina has access to sunshine to convert it to oxygen.
