There are other kinds, found in fast food wrappers, dog or cat food bags, or even carbon paper, that should not be.
Yes, to a point. Paper fibers, unlike glass, can not be recycled indefinitely without losing some of their integrity. Over time as they are recycled repeatedly, the paper fibers become shorter. But if you are recycling it as part of a mixed stream, you have nothing to worry about. Recycle away!
